Brand new Sard 550cc injectors to suit CA18DET still in bubble wrap - $380

S13 Dash, perfect condition NO CRACKS - $250

S13 doors, no glass or window rails has a small dent on both - $70 each

S15 gktech dump pipe question

Recently bought a Apexi N1 cat back for my s15 sr20det, and then found a gktech dump pipe really cheap and was wondering if the dump pipe would be a straight easy fit? I'm assuming it would be a straight bolt on like I did with my Apexi exhaust.

I'm also unsure how the exhaust system is set up, after the turbo there is the dump pipe? Then the front pipe? Then cat converter? (Yes I know stupid newbie question, tried googling but nothing helped)

Hey guys, just recently bought a Autech. Unfortunately my exhaust has cracked
And I've been looking around for a new exhaust, I have come across someone who is willing to sell me his Kakimoto Regu 06 & R exhaust, which is valued brand new at 1k, which does sound generally expensive. This exhaust is coming of a R33 GTR, and I'm wondering if this is an ideal exhaust for my type of car.

Thought I'd get around to making a thread,

I had to create a new account because I can't log in through facebook any more because of "technical difficulties". I'm sure if you want you could figure out who it was.. But I doubt anyone would care..

So anyway, This is my 2000 JDM Nissan Silvia Spec-S SR20DE Auto.

Small "blurb", I purchased this about 2 months ago, and 2 weeks ago had an accident at Southport which was infact my fault. I had third party insurance, and being the age I am, my excess was $1000, so I got a quote for the Camry I hit, and it turned out to be $550, so I just paid the repairs without going through insurance, saves my premiums from going up. Damage to my car was a little more, Bonnet was kinked, so that was $550 for a genuine JDM S15 unpainted/untouched, which I was happy with. Repairs were $1130 for the work including fixing the front bumper (pics included below), but as you can see it didn't sit correctly so it cost another $120 to get it lined up. Also my clear coat was peeling off the roof, so I ended up getting that resprayed for $140.

So all up my little accident was $550 for the other car, and about $2k for my car, which looks better after the accident. least I'm more aware when I drive though..

Anyway the Car, most of the mods were already on the car when I purchased, but of course I've got a list of things I wish to do to her.

I'm building a lotus 7 kit car which is running an s15 sr20det and am having engine clearance issues with the bonnet.

The kit originally came with an s13sr engine and the central Scoop fits nicely with the low mount intake plenum. Go after market I hear you say...well I need it to look standard for registration and was wondering if anyone has tried fitting an earlier model plenum to their s15 by any chance. Understand this isn't a common question but thought was worth while asking if anyone has tried it before.

Hello All! Just putting it out there im after a set of authentic Altezza or Yashio tail lights, im after the REAL JDM ones please!!
Also if you looking into buying yourself a set of after market tail lights, my advice to you the tail lights on ebay which is made in taiwan the sonar design ones are really terrible qualty. So do not buy them they are atempted replica with really bad design. I just returned it got my money back but yeah it as a 100% dissapointment,
they are undersized and made out of cheap plastic. If you compare pictures with yashio real ones they are pretty close but there is a slight difference if you look closely, the JDM ones looks hella lot better. So yes holla back for them real lights if you got them, i been looking for them everyday

hey, so i have an s13 with a sr20det, making about 170 on 11psi with a t28bb. it use to get around 350km to a tank but filled up yesterday and its done about 100km off half a tank... i know the turbos on its way out because the bearings noisy and has been slowly getting worse to the point where its pretty bad now. it still boosts fine and all but just wondering if it could be the turbo causing the bad fuel economy?

also if anyone in adelaide has a t28bb for sale hit me up

Evo 7 Front & Rear brake on S14a

Hi all,

i´ve bought the complete front and rear brakes with knuckles, hubs and e-brake cables from an EVO 7.
From what i´ve seen the front swap is fairly easy but for the rear i have some doubts, does anyone swaped the entire rear with the e-brake system from the EVO ?
I´m trying not to go for the Z32/S13 solution if the EVO is similar....

One more question, my BMC is a BM50, is this an issue ? should i go for another larger BMC ?

i have a redtop sr20det with what seems to be a bottom end knock. its stock i think except for a t28 s15 turbo

THE QUESTION :

can i drop in a blacktop long motor from a 180sx and use all the redtop parts, loom, ecu, intake manifold, turbo manifold etc etc??

or will i have to find another redtop sr20 to drop in?

Why don't my tail lights fit/ line up

hey guys and girls,
I got some JJR smoked LED tail lights for my s15 however one sits alright, doesn't sit flush to vertex bunper and has like a 10mm gap bwtween boot lid and light! The left side however has like a massive 3cm gap between light and boot lid and sits about same distance from bumper as the other side!

The funny thing though is that the stock tail likes fit perfect no trouble at all! Is this common with JJR, is there differences between ADM&JDM? (I have a ADM) doubt I've done something wrong, like seriously how hard is it to change tail lights lol

About 3 months ago, I flew to Melbourne from Tasmania to pick up my frist decent car.
A 1993 180sx, all black with type x kit and wing with minor mods

mods include;
Greddy fmic
Greddy profec spec 2 boost controller (which i still can't get a steady boost on)
T28 turbo (got told it was a t28bb out of s14, which i have been told recently s14s don't even come with the bb version)
3"turbo back exhaust
Greddy oil catch can
XXR 527 wheels
coilovers (no idea on brand, haven't found anyone who has been able to tell me)

unfortunately there are some rough spots of the body, spray can painted wing and front bar + terribly unsanded bogged rear quarter panel and really rough front drivers panel, the guy must not have known how to mask anything either, overspray everywhere, which i got off with metal polish.
Next was rego, which it failed roadworthy due to a hole in the floor where it had been jacked up in the wrong spot, front brake lines not being supported, rear seat belts that were stuffed and no high beams, which i fixed by pulling apart the whole headlight switch mechanism.
All that got done in two weeks, hardest part was tracking down seat belts.
while the front was off the car found a fair few major problems, around the passenger side wheel arch there were 3 big cracks coming from where the coilovers bolted, a couple of major supports in the front had also been welded back together, making it more and more obvious this car had been through a tough life.

The guy also didn't tell me that the fuel gauge was out. As i found out when it ran out of petrol.

Just wondering if anyone has actually run the thread for the gear knob down lower on a 6 speed shifter on a s15? Looks like the slightly thicker section of the lever just below the original thread might be hollow. Looked for a solid shifter replacement to mod but they all seem to be for the 5 speed.

Ive just got some rims which stick about 5-10mm outside the guards all round.
I can roll the rear guards to hopefully fit them in, but the front has s14 Fiberglass guards.

Anyone have an idea if you can roll fiberglass guards or what i can do to the guards to make the rims fit under ?

Bonnet catch mechanism missing bonnet by 1cm

Hey all,

Probably a noob question but I'm here to learn.
Basically, a close friend recently had a little front ender so we've begun fixing it up as the car isn't written off and the damage is minimal (front bar and some plastics are wrecked, motor etc is fine).

Basically the problem is the rad support has been pushed back ever so slightly and now when closing the bonnet, the bonnet latch misses the catch mechanism by approximately 1cm. Is there a way to space the latch mechanism out so as to push it forward and enabling the bonnet to catch properly? The whole mechanism is held down by two bolts going into the rad support if that helps.

S15 Dump pipe

Hey guys I'm trying to indentify this ecu, I've been told it's a Nistune board it's from a GTR, could anyone please confirm this for me?

S13 Running rough and stalling whilst cold. (SR20DE)

Hey guys,

As of late my sil (s13 sr20de) has been running quite rough of a morning, well when ever its cold, however once it warms up it runs great,when cold it idles rough and has a slight miss, stalls at give way signs and stop signs when i slow down or go to stop, also loses power up hills when cold, its due for a service soon and ill be doing plug, leads filters etc etc, however was mucking around with it the other day and pull the plugs out it they looked fine. Ive shortened the intake on it and it ran shit for a few days then was fine however its running quite rough again, ive heard that when the intake is shortened it tends to stall when cold. Just not 100% sure on what it could be.

Replacing worn Window seals

Just wondering the best way around this as the seals on the s13 are munted.

I was thinking of going directly to nissan and getting all the seals unless anyone recomends a cheaper way of doing this. Im assuming it wont be cheap but it looks horrible with the ones currently and they are leaking.

Doing a converison and it felt like the old silvia ones were a little to small by a mm or 2
