Couldnt go gym last night as i still couldnt walk properly after the squats Wednesday. I felt like a cripple having to hold onto things to lower myself into chairs hahaha. Still sore today but i can walk without looking like i need a walking frame.

Wasnt a bad session today. Spoke with Markos about my deads and he advised i was lifting too many reps. Lowered my warmup to 5 reps but upped the weight. Failed on the 4th rep of 160kg due to running out of drive in my legs, if they werent still sore from squats i reckon i could have made the 5 singles i was aiming for.

Happy with tonight. Gaining confidence lifting without a spotter. Should have done shurgs but there was a guy teaching his girlfriend how to quarter squat :o
"Rep out 20 with the bar 'as fast as you can', you will fell it in your thighs baby i guarantee it" and she proceeded to squat about 6inches for 20 reps of the bar.
Maybe he was getting her to practice for being ontop? squatting up and down 6inches :lol:

Mate rocked up when i did so thought i would give barbell bench a go. Absolutely Stoked with 110 for reps. Hands where slipping along the bar as the bars are quite shit with no grip.
Did 10 laps of the pool and sat in the spa for a bit afterward.

There was a big guy there. Was benching 180kg for reps of 5 and was floor pressing? 180kg for singles. Was a big boy.

Happy with the session. Squats never cease to amaze me at how much they make you hurt.
CGBP is my new fav. tricep exercise, they felt like they where on fire! Still a bit shaky doing them so hopefully once i get the form right i can start increasing the weight more and more.

Going to lose another 10kgs and see what i look like, hopefully i have put some muscle on and dont have to lose too much more. I want to start bulking so i can see some big gains :hypo:

Total lost is now 22.1kg!

Yeah im only just starting to feel as though im squatting a "decent" amount. Like i look at 105kg's and think its pretty good, then realise its not even bodyweight squats yet lol.

Starting a Full Body Routine i made for myself on Monday where i will be squatting 4 times per week so hopefully i can progress quicker than currently.

well done on the weight loss mate keep it up. Just my opinion but I dont think you need to start a bulk untill your down to at least 100-105. Just my opinion thuogh you are doing great losing weight and gaining stregth so why not continue to lose and gain :)

See that's the thing, i have no idea what sort of weight i should be aiming for. I dont know what i am going to look like at 115kg and dont know what i will look like at 100-105kg so im basically just guessing here. I still have a gut that i want to get rid of and whether that takes another 10kg's or 20kg's i just wouldnt have a clue lol. Basically what i have decided to do is get to 115kg and if i need to keep going i will. I will be posting pics up when i get to these weights so i will get everyones opinions on whether to keep losing or start bulking.

I have tightened my belt 4 notches meaning i have lost about 4 inches off my waist so far. :)

P.S. I hurt after full body last night :o

Squats where hard, havent had 115kg on my back before so just having that sit on there was quite an experience. Did still manage to rep these out so will increase on Friday.

Pissed about the Military Press. Im guessing this is because i used to do it once a week so im still fatigued from Monday?

SLDL was funny. I really had no idea what weight to do it on and was surprised i managed 10 on the first set, wasnt so lucky on the second. Will increase to 65kg on Friday and work my way up concentrating on form.

Weighed in at 124.1kg so loss of 700grams. Not heaps happy about it but atleast its a loss right?

Back of my legs just above my knees have been absolutely caining all yesterday and today, thought it was from the squats but has only just clicked it would be from the SLDL. They are brutal, i like them :thumbsup:

Well my first injury in almost 6 months. A sprained wrist. Not sure how i did it but i think it was either benching, pushups or i slept wrong.

Wrote off yesterdays session and its looking like a no go tomorrow either, unless i wake up and it feels all good. I dont know whether to just give it the full week off or try get straight back into it once its starting to feel better. So frustrating.

I will go gym tomorrow and just squat i reckon and probably do the same Friday, then see how i go Monday, unless like i said it feels 100%.
