Seems their is a few of us on the PPP 150kg squat. I'll be keeping an eye on you all :P

I am not on the PPP yet, we start it next week Ill be doing the 160kg program or 155kg - haven't decided yet.

Im pretty happy with the progress though, cant wait for DBW!

Yer, we really need to know what our true 1RM is with squat. I'll probably attempt 140kg before the program, so maybe do the 160kg squat program with you.

Hey! Oh mate today was excellent... felt really really good. After the rack pulls up to 180 we figured it was time to set some new PBs! Once our PPP squat and bench are done we will be doing the dead lift PPP to probably 180kg!

Dan once you got your head in the right place, you made that 150kg look like an empty bar.


A special note goes out to our cousing Jon who also trains with us. This morning did a 140kg deadlift @ 70kg body weight.
