don't take whey protein. But that was a pretty pathetic attempt to undermine me.
Ivy had clients who lived on fast food coke etc. and weighed in excess of 120-150kg.who ate under maintenance fir their weight but still put on fat, switch to same amount if calories in proper foods i normally list. and they lost weight. sane amount of calories.
