Shark, appreciate your opinion but the arguement was over.

Everyone has had their say and we need to move on.

No more personal stuff - keep it on topic from here on in thanks.
Noted. I thought it was quite funny :P
Nothing has changed since I've been gone. A whole lot of people arguing over misinformation, and others claiming to know more while having less experience (the perfect internet warrior).

I have been thinking of hitting the 5x5 routine as I remember reading about a long time ago. From what I recall, it was extremely beneficial for squat progress. Saw the title, came into this thread, and the majority of it was still bitching  What's changed?

Hey shark, I posted up a link to a 5x5 worksheet in the first page of this thread that should see most beginner-intermediate lifters well.

Its not hard to be a "fat Vegan" my vegan take away shop that i go to is full of bad food. Maybe you need more raw food in your diet? I went Vegan 4 months ago and the bad fat literally dropped off me. Everything I now eat is raw besides my cheat meal Peas, un salted nuts, Spinach leaves, Sweet & white potato. If you really want to loose weight pay for a Vegan online PT they are well worth the you may not love the food or look forward to any of your meals but no bodybuilder or fitness competitor really does as we eat for body image not taste.
