great write up mate. i can do everything there except the wiring part (the extra step), is that necessary to do on an s15? Because i prefer to use the bosch pump instead of the walbro.

Ive just completed this today, big thanks to 180boy for the 'how to'.

couple things i came across:

make sure that the screw for the ring clamps (holding the pump to the bracket) are as close to the bracket as possible, other wise they will hit the side of the resovoir (?) and wont sit in proper.

the extra wiring isnt really needed, just cut the red/blue wire at the loom connection and ground it, this removes the inline resistor.

make sure u depressurise the tank first!!! :yes: :blush:
