Thanks guys, i had a good think about this and more than likely will get a set of 205/55/16 AD08's all round and go back to stock s15 rims for now. I'm hoping the AD08s will be good for my requirements as the are a soft compound tyre! Also the AD08s are on special atm @ buy 3 get one free which is ending in one day or so! Will probably sell the rims that came with the car and look to purchase another set when a good deal comes by Posted Image

cool. make sure to come back and post results. vids preferably :P

Thanks for all the input. I have stock S15 wheels ready to go back on - im looking to buy good street tyres to put on the 16" rims for traction, any recommendations from those who use/and or still have stock rims and running more than standard power (im in the 230-250rwkw range). I just want something that can hold the power in 1st from a rolling start without spinning like my current setup.

Also i'm safe to go 215 all round? what profile would be best to keep the speedometer in line?

Thanks again Posted Image

I think you'll struggle not to spin up 1st with that much grunt on any street tyre?
Like i said I recommend good alignment (requires adjustable arms) and tyres will probably be trial and error...so much variation in price/grip. Try toyo R1R, Federal 595 SS, Kuhmo ku36, and even try Chinese tyres with big tread, some are surprisingly grippy.

I think s15s use a 55 profile standard? So use that....?

good luck!

p.s Ive been in EVO's and WRX's with similar power and even they spun in 1st gear :P
