Well legs felt like shit today not sure why could be due to all the shovel work this week. Upper body felt strong but

Friday the 22nd of Feb

Used a dead lift machine last week and must say it helps lift more but not the same effect. I went back to using the bar this week and will so for ever now.
So my weights in dead lift went down from last week.

yeh slack basically have purchased a house, moved rooms and just been busy could have trained but been lazy! Food went to shit aswell as you can see but back into it tomorow!

Missed friday and monday due to been sick and stuck in bed all long weekend. Getting better now and will be back to gym tomorrow

Well i must say i am disappointed in myself for letting myself slip up major over the last 3weeks. Diet was 100% till 3weeks ago and i took the soft opion and got smashed drunk (brother had a baby, first of us boys to have one) and diet went out the window. Not going to make excuses just poor effort on my behalf. Starting from where i began now.

Well as you can see BEEN A LONNNNG time since i have been here. Changed jobs mining now no more plumbing atm and now haev access to a gym everday so i back to start over on my program. Lots changed here i see. Nice work on the gym and everything else Markos

Started back today to try and get my fat ass into shape

started off with weights i finished on and was surpirsed i could do almost the same weight for all exercises.
