really need to find something to work traps and upper pecks more,
also im not sure what was wrong with me today but squats never felt right, the bar never felt comfortable i dont want to use the foam protection bit but i have to after so much pain of the bar digging in

went alright today but still getting slight wrist pain and now getting elbow pain during crushers

squats (ppp 100kg week 6) will move up to week 7 105kg next week and if thats still fairly easy il go up to 110

well its been a long week training pretty hard, left wrist definately has something wrong with it, now it even hurts when i shift in a manual car so i think il just stick to upping on PPP and rest other days

deadlift (ppp week 7, bumped up from 105 to 110kg to see how id go!)
82.5kg x1

97.5kg x1 (new pb!)

dont remember the rest of my workout on friday since it was few days away i normally post a day after but was a busy weekend, just remember doing lat pulldowns and shoulder press
been very happy with my results was around the start of the year i remember
benching 40kg now at 80kg
squatting 30kg now at 87.5kg
deadlifting 50kg now at 97.5kg
since PPP my weights going up each week couldnt be happier, i know its still nothing compared to you blokes on here but i still feel proud haha

so week 2 of september
i finished my 11 weeks of PPP, ended up with
110kg squat
90kg bench
120kg sldl

pretty happy with myself but feel like i have no major goal until after summer, for now im just going to try clean myself up try restrain myself from alcohol, gain more reps into as much weight i can lift as possible and see how i go from there.

Hey mate,
just had a read of your log. What I found interesting is that you were saying your bench press is weak but you were able

to do 30 reps of dips. This was back in June and at 81kg. I reckon something is going on with bench press form or

something. Also, if you can do 30 dips, I would be getting a dip belt and start adding some weight. Bring it back to 10

reps or so is what I did :)

Wrote that above bit half way through reading :P Your bench has definitely improved heaps. Congrats on making the 90kg! I couldn't :( Next time though with more food to fuel the fire!

Do you do SLDL because of your knees? If so, how do you go squatting?

If you don't have any immediate goals, I would take it easy for a week or two and then do another cycle of PPP. Looks like it worked wonders for you.

thanks for the kind works chris, i really do need to get around to getting a belt but recent times ive been having issues with my car so splurging money on that for now
last night just ordered some
Asics pheonix runners to try motivate me to get outside a bit
BSN cellmass creatine (never tried creatine before)
oN BCAA testosterone caps booster
so il see how i go with the new purchases belt will be next on my list

as for SLDL my knees arnt sore i just like to mix things up lately so i can try find whats best for me
i think going up weight so much was what was putting stress on my wrist so im happy to take a few weeks off PPP
just going to build up my reps on heavyish weights till i feel happy with reps then il start moving up weights all over and go for some new PBs
