just had a read of your log. What I found interesting is that you were saying your bench press is weak but you were able
to do 30 reps of dips. This was back in June and at 81kg. I reckon something is going on with bench press form or
something. Also, if you can do 30 dips, I would be getting a dip belt and start adding some weight. Bring it back to 10
reps or so is what I did

Do you do SLDL because of your knees? If so, how do you go squatting?
If you don't have any immediate goals, I would take it easy for a week or two and then do another cycle of PPP. Looks like it worked wonders for you.
