Trying to get onto counting calories so I know my intake for bulking/cutting.

How do I go about finding the numbers?

I was on a website which listed all brands calories but I'm talking chicken breast and fresh vegies.
I found eggs, egg whites, sauces, etc but not much else.

Thanks guys, Ryan.

Www.calorieking.com.au is what I use when I write diets.

They have just about everything.

this works well, though because people can keep adding you end up with a lot of double ups etc

yeah agreed, sometimes there is 10 results for the same thing!
does heads in but if you eat same things all the time you have it stored in there and you just choose the right one once etc
