Bench 115kg
Deadlift 190kg
MP 80kg

Goals

Bw to 90-92kg
150kg squat

200kg deadlift
90kg MP
Run the city to bay.
Build my own home gym to avoid the faggots/find a gym that has no dickheads in it.

:lol: Good luck with that one. What about your local/less popular gyms? I tend to find they have ALOT LESS dickheads.. but still.. you'll never rid them all.

Goal:
*I aim to put on 10kgs of lean muscle mass by the end of 2012.
That's pretty much it. Not that concerned about the weight of my lifts at the moment (even though I strive for max potential every session). I want to make sure my form is spot on before I'm concerned about lifting big. Just the thought of an injury is bad enough.

Will post progress pics in 6months, and at 12 months.

Current BW: 78kg
Height: 173kg

Just want to be lean. But still with some visible muscle. Obviously by my stats you can tell i'm skinny as.

Only bench about 50-60.
Squat about the same at the moment due to injury, plus seem to have lost form.
Deadlift about 60 (new to deadlifts so making sure my form is good)

I dont want to be a big dude, i just want to look healthy, and fit.

Goal is just to always try and increase my strength, maintain fitness.

First goal is to run Mount Panorama in sub-30minutes. Doesn't sound hard (6.21kms), and if i was half as fit as i used to be, it wouldn't be. But as soon as i can hit that, then i'll just keep moving forward

Being a lean 78kgs at that height you should look muscular (but not huge)

Had a bit of a binge for the past 2-3 weeks and its all gone to my lower abs and i am hating it! I never had abs so to have them it is a big plus!
- My aim now is to lower my bf% while still trying to gain muscle

Happy but never satisfied!

ok it's sorta hard to explain...i'm not lean though...but a higher bf %...at the moment i'm doing full body training 3 days a week, which looks like:
- Chest Press - 5x10
- Deadlifts - 3x10
- Wide Grip Chins - 5 sets to failure
- Dips - 5 sets to failure
- Squats - 3x10
I know my calorie intake isn't anywhere near where it should be. Trying to reduce my body fat/flatten my stomach before i look at increasing any size - but really i only want slightly bigger chest/arms (sorta like the dude above me)

... I dnt have any recent shots..but the pic below sorta shows the body fat issue (stomach area) - i do have a broad back which is now starting to build, my arms are still fairly small (not much bigger really), chest is a little bigger but nothing special... And minus the paintball wounds, i attached a pic of my back (just natural so it's probably hard to tell anything) so yeah...

Man.. with strict dieting and that routine, 6months will see you build muscle and shed that fat easily!

I'm just basically interested in shedding the fat at the moment (like if you saw my diet you'd probably scream..breakfast is oats, morning tea is normally fruit, lunch is chicken/meat of some sort + green vegies, afternoon tea is usually can of tuna, and dinner is some form of lean meat and vegies)

Over the coming weeks i am going to change it up a little bit, add some more protein, add some protein shakes into it, because i dnt want to lose mass because of my diet.

Up the protein and drop the fat content of your diet, and keep with that routine, and your body will naturally transform. Just don't expect to see results straight away. i think thats the hardest thing for people and their motivation. Unless your strict with everything, results will take longer.

But yeah - i know things wont happen straight away. But I'm trying to become a PT - so the way i see it is, if i spend all day trying to motivate others, i have to lead by example and get to it!
