But whats your curling weight goal? They are massive numbers Nick!

My current goal is to compete in ProRaw 2 where i will hopefully go:

180/140/250 for a 570kg total in my first comp. Realistically i will be happy with anything above 550kg :)

Also hoping to do this at 99kg bodyweight as well meaning i need to drop around 15kg in 17 weeks... should be interesting lol.

gave up smoking 7 years ago gained weight slowly from then on

sux when you do something good for your self and you end up looking like shit for it

goal was to drop a few kg for my wedding in May so I dont feel embarrassed

while standing in front of everyone and ruin the photo's

missus got me to cut out normal coke now on the diet stuff

and have started watching what I eat

about 5 months ago last time I weighed myself before I was at 102kg

would have been more by the time I got sick of it

Im now at 92kg and have put on some muscle as well :)

Wii fit says ideal weight is 68kg or some crap :(

just been doing 30min cardio on exercise bike and some 3x8 rep session

with dumbbells and straight bar trying for everday but atleast 6 days a week

missus bought me a bench the other day :)

my plan was/is to do exercise that I can keep up doing long term i.e years

not go flat out for 6mths then stop again I'm probably older than most of you guys

at 32 so I just want to feel good and look health mass will come later if I change my outlook

sorry for the long post lol

82kg now good to look back :)

made it to 85kg for the big day for those interested

wanna drop another 4kg if I can

then bulk up more

reinjured my back the other day so laying off the weights at the moment

I would like to put on 10kgs by the end of the year. so I'll be roughly 70ish. I'm smashing down about 4 'solid' meals a day, protein shakes, as much milk as I can handle, and working out.
Lets see how it goes. Motivation is the hardest thing for me. I'm so f**king lazy when it comes to working out. I do it for a while and then something 'comes up' ..

here you go man, these photos were taken about 4 weeks ago so its better now, just don't have the time to photo it. Pretty easy to increase if you train and eat right but you really need to push yourself to high limits.
I basically eat till I feel like throwing up then wait till that feeling goes then wait about 2-3 hours then eat again to the feeling. If you want any more info or exercises to do let me know..

my back is much bigger now though that I worked out a better routine.
Attached Image: back.jpg

my arms are also a bit bigger now...
Attached Image: arms.jpg

in a few months, near summer I'll be doing a photo shoot with a friend so I'll hit the photos up on here no doubt.

Take unflexed photos in exactly the same position, although those photos may flex your ego, they show little differences because they are different photos in different positions.

get more defined.

also, be more supportive of others in the gym...
instead of just looking at the skinny guys who have horrible form and take too many pictures of themselves.
maybe try just give em a quick helpful word.

I have unflexed too man. I'd just rather save them until I'm where I'd like to be so it shows a better difference overall... make sense? aha
