Nothing has changed since I've been gone. A whole lot of people arguing over misinformation, and others claiming to know more while having less experience (the perfect internet warrior).
I have been thinking of hitting the 5x5 routine as I remember reading about a long time ago. From what I recall, it was extremely beneficial for squat progress. Saw the title, came into this thread, and the majority of it was still bitching What's changed?
