  9. G1 Drift Round 3 Final

just another event in SA eh. everytime i miss drifting so much something like this thread pops up and makes me not as eager to get back out there. for a long time now events have been slow with so much downtime. its boring. and no i dont have the solution but it doesnt mean it isnt true. im with a few other ppl who have competed outside of SA. downtime should be elimated pitwalks/lunchtime breaks are the biggest waste of time bcoz everyone can go and eat lunch and look at the cars wheneevr so screw allocating a time for it. and yes im aware u officials need a break. BUT lets be honest. the pitcrews/drivers of any team spend the whole day running back and forth changing tyres/fixing cars /refuelling/ finding out qualifying results etc so im sure u guys can prob manage also. AND by cutting out the breaks and useless downtime , the event will be run for a much shorter time thus u wont be so warn out because the event will finsh a couple of hours earlier. my 2 bob.
  10. What did you do for your 21st?

house party, and a karaoke machine. i passed out somewhere between 9-10pm and missed speeches and everything else while i was in bed chucking up all over myself. woke up in the morning to find house trashed . good times
  11. What are the costs associated with track drifting?

its all dependant on different situations mate, last time i did a comp it was this. 8-10 tyres at 100 bucks = 1000$ entry 160$ almost 2 tanks of fuel = 150 so yer a little over $1300 to do that last comp. not to mention the little things u need like all ur tools etc on start up plus day to day like oils n fluids u can add on top. now sometimes u will use less tyres etc but once ur competing regularly dont expect to do a comp for any less then say 700 id guess.
  12. Australian Drifting GP Round 2

yer im with fink. if ur car aint up to scratch to do whats asked then dont compete .
  13. ADGP Round 1 review
