The more you flare the more risk there is of needing a small respray and bog to touch up. 180sx Roll and Flare really well due to using a thicker panel and extra structural material, but S13 Silvias tend to have weak spots in the panel above the arch that can cause minor dents which can be removed by dent professional. As a result, NISSAN has designed their subframe bushes to be semi solid – meaning that there is a lot of play in the bushes and the rear subframe can translate as much as 20mm during a slide in top gear.   11. One pump will handle that no problem. IF you are going to run E85, always run 2 pumps as there is at least 30% more fuel flow required to get to the target AFR.
  12. HP rating is a bit dubious, as it depends on your fuel type, fuel pressure, duty cycle, AFR and BSFC + other mods and setup. Commonly quoted figures are 500-600HP per pump at base fuel pressure. Real world testing has shown upwards of 350rwkw on a 6 cylinder 1JZ running 12:1 AFR, using 850cc injectors at 76% duty cycle.. On a 4 cylinder, you should be able to run 1200cc injectors at 80% duty cycle, which is around 350-400rwkw. Most guys run 2 pumps for 350+ as a precaution so they can have a backup in case one fails there is less stress on the pump as the flow will be shared by both. If you want to run e85 - run 2 pumps. How much power will you be making and what size injectors + turbo set + engine will you have?

Relay Install: The installation charges quoted above are for installing onto the factory loom. The more you flare the more risk there is of needing a small respray and bog to touch up. 180sx Roll and Flare really well due to using a thicker panel and extra structural material, but S13 Silvias tend to have weak spots in the panel above the arch that can cause minor dents which can be removed by dent professional.
