  1. Hey guys, I have some parts sitting here ready to go on but need a stronger head gasket for my S15. I have an Apexi ax53b70, bigger cooler/injectors/fuel pump, poncams, adjustable cam gear on the exhaust side, Power FC(all not yet installed) etc so all the support modifications are there. In regards to a head gasket, I want to retain the stock(or better) response/minimal lag so I don't want to go too thick. Would a 1.0mm thick head gasket still be able to get me max power with the turbo and setup I have? 87mm bore is fine for an S15 SR20DET? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  3. Hmmm I read the turbo has minimal lag and was quite praised back in the day? I know the technology is like 8-9 years old though lol. I'll probably go Mazworx headstuds because they completely bottom out unlike the ARP variants. http://www.nissansilvia.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=250621 Would 87mm bore for the head gasket be suitable? Thanks again.

  6. That would be the absolute best option for sure.
  7. I'm pretty sure Ultra Racing make fender braces for S14 and 15. Only thing I didn't like about them was they just one joint like a " / " shape. The Nagisa Auto ones are like a " 7 " so it has more structure and rigidity. I have seen some that are a full triangle.
  8. I have asked JDM Concept(official Tanabe dealer) if we can get Tanabe to make the S15 brace again if we get enough interest. They will get back to me.
  9. Pics of the Yashio tail lights? Also are both headlights available? Pic and condition of them?
  10. I was recently told that Tanabe have discontinued the S15 chassis brace line which is a shame but I have found one second hand. I have contacted JDM Concept(official australian Tanabe supplier) to see if Tanabe Japan still have stock. If that fails I will go for the second hand one. Fender braces are still made by Nagisa Auto(Japan) to my knowledge as well as Ultra Racing(Malaysia).
  11. I'm ordering the fender braces and Tanabe chassis braces(the one that goes under the gearbox and the one for the rear, there are two) and have a Nismo power brace II and Do-luck floor support bars(which run lengthways) in my possession. Regular front and rear strut braces can help also.
  12. Price drop on the Defi Gauge, $200 delivered Australia wide.
  13. Hey guys, currently running stock pads and rotors on my S15. The rotors have never been changed(car has 100,000kms on it) but the pads were changed 3 years ago with stock Nissan pads. I do have a set of Project Mu HC Plus pads(front and rear) as well as matching Project Mu rotors in my possession but am considering switching to Evo 8-9 Brembos etc which will obviously cost a whole lot more. Will the Project Mu pads and rotors set up provide a substantial enough improvement over the current stock setup? I'm chasing 250-260rwkw(have an Apexi AX53b70 P25) so I want the brakes to match.
  14. Hey guys, I want to switch to a JDM S15 steering wheel cause I think it looks much better. One question is, can I simply take out my airbag out of my current ADM steering wheel(perfectly functional and fitted to my car at the moment) and connect it and place it into a JDM steering wheel? Will it still function properly in the case of an accident?
  15. Might have to, the ones on Ebay are in terrible condition. I bought one recently and returned it after threatening the seller with a Paypal dispute because it was vastly different to the one he showed on the listing.
