  4. couldnt agree more lol ps: I been using a similar split program to this (minus some burn sets and few exercises as I want to concentrate bit more on compounds) http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/4-day-power-muscle-burn-workout-split.html

  7. best number of reps/sets when bulking

But wouldn't only having 1 bicep exercise only promote growth in certain parts of the arm? Wouldn't I be better off atleast including hammer curls and bicep curls? u can...but u just started yeh? your going to get tired/weak after exercises..hence should be focusing on building strength and body weight plus your back exercises workout your arms too people generally bulk and then do isloation exercises when they get to an intermediate/advanced stage...
  8. best number of reps/sets when bulking

Don;t know what your workout routine is but that's too many exercises, esp for a beginner me thinks..i..e three exercises for small muscles like biceps? I reackon you can knock off 2 bicep exercies, decline becnchpress, skull crusher, leg extension, and one of wide grip chin or wide grip lat pulldown at least
  9. best number of reps/sets when bulking

I think his talking bout 14kgs..as in 14kgs body weight..its not 14kgs of muscle lol
  10. best number of reps/sets when bulking

I think heavy/compound exerices are best for skinny people..i started off with a simililar dilemma and just expertimented between programs and rep counts until I found out what works me I like beteen 3-5 reps heavy lifting for strengh and then do a support exercise for the same muscle group with 2-3 reps of 8-10...hence i do no more than 2 (sometimes 3) exercises per muscle group during my workout... whatever works and each to their own
  11. Toyota 86 - How does it stack up?

trd versions still looks the best http://www.caradvice.com.au/165968/toyota-86-trd-hits-the-track/
  12. New p plate laws

If you read the article it says "if the manufacturer replaces the standard build plate with one stating the car's PMR falls beneath the threshold." So it only applies to new cars
  13. Toyota 86 - How does it stack up?

there is a reason why fairly new 2nd BM's are under 40k...maintenance lol Toyota rules!...I can't wait to see this: http://theage.drive.com.au/motor-news/toyota-plans-big-brother-for-86-sports-car-20120518-1yu3p.html
  14. need some help

not comapred to running...20kms is nothing on a bike if ur half fit and yes 20-25 is for toning...obviously 12-15 is not ample, othrwise he wont be on here LOL
  15. need some help

Since you around 90kg already, why dont u tone up/loose a bit of weight first? From someone that used to run a lot, i think you need to start running more..it tones up the whole body esp the abs Riding a bike isnt that great, esp only 20km round trip.. And since you want to tone..your rep range should be around 20-25 per set
