  4. nope, it was 8 months transition. to lean efficiently and healthy, cut out strachy foods, have carbs only in the morning and before gym, no carbs before bed, keep your good fats high and sodium low. post up your before and after pics when you make some transformation

  10. need some help

    add another 2 more protein shakes in your diet. one of them as slow release (casein) before u go to bed. add a protein in between your meal 2 and meal 3. im not too sure what your goal is, but im guessing you want to lean... its hard to gain lean muscle and lose fat at the same time. drink lots of water... lots lol.
  11. yeah will try next time to go lower close to the chest i get alot of different advice last person told me dont go all the way down try not to hyper extend your shoulders when your bench pressing... ill try and make the changes. diet will be shown in the final video new member of 365 days, kendre Pepa for all you kiwi's out there.
