  3. Top mount vs low mount.

Quick sidetrack question about that cooler setup brad It it supported solely by the pipework or is there a bracket in behind that's not visible in the picture? Is the pipework touching the top radiator hose also? I had a lot of trouble fitting a core nicely in that location but think my frozenboost one is larger and has large water port barbs for the hoses
  4. ATR28G2 No problems in the last three years with it. Was not a high flow unit thou bought off the shelf
  5. Paint code

painter by trade bud... sure it changes colour as it dries it also changes depending on your technique/style as well but for a small repair job i'd simply put paint on a card go to car and look and see what it looks like and any one with matching exp will be able to dail it in 98% wet to dry with no issue. never used a spray can for even a repair so i wouldnt know the process for it. hopefully turns out good anyhow goold luck matey Was directed at sr20pulsar. Spraying out on a card or the thin metal peices you can buy is the best way. Looking at the mix before it goes in the can however dosnt guarantee anything
  6. Paint code

^^ You know the paint changes colour as it dries and looks different with a clear coat over it right That said providing everything is weighed out accurately then it should match as good as a spray can possibly can, not accounting for fading etc
  7. Service question, oil change

Repco 20% off for auto club members in July (RACQ, RACV etc) I use the 10W-50 Penrite ($53 before discount I believe) and the Repco or Ryco filter Supercheap carry them on the shelf in 10L drum and they are good value when 20% off store wide weeks are on Why do you say this. Have you had any chemistry analysis done on various oils to back up your claim, or are you just guessing, or are you just talking shit ? Yet to see any independent scientific tests/proof that royal purple or any full synthetic oil is largely different from the rest
  8. POWERTUNE + PRECISION

  9. the ADM nissan badgeh has a small square hole under it The stick on lightning bolt will cover the hole
  10. S15 silver/grey colour code

Correct WV2 is Metallic Pewter S15
  11. water to air intercooler

Are you using a modified top radiator hose? I had clearance issues when I fitted my core, ending up trying to run under the rad hose, but that just caused more issues Any mounts for the core for extra support or are the pipes holding all the weight? Basically thats the setup I wanted with the forzenbost kit but didnt have piping made up as good as that, no aircon sure does free up alot of space
