    Sunday 22nd November I thought I'd restart the program I was doing a month or so ago with the breathing squats. It's surprising how far backwards I've gone in some areas. Breathing Squats 20 x 105kg Military Press (supposed to be 2 sets of 7) 5 x 60kg 6 x 55kg (no oxygen left after the first few reps from the squats) SLDL 20 x 100kg 10 x 100kg Bench 8 x 80kg 8 x 80kg Power Clean 3 x 70kg 3 x 70kg 3 x 70kg Shrugs 10 x 130kg 10 x 130kg Barbell Rows 10 x 80kg 10 x 80kg I'm a fair way behind on where I was when I stopped this program, but at least I have some targets now.

Bench, along with everything else, always feels heavier at home than it does at PTC.

    Yeah a pedestal fan is what I was talking about. It's what I use when I train at home (which is indoors), at least it gets the air moving.

I was going to go heavier on the clean & push press but my knees were painful when I dipped to receive the bar and also dipping for the push press. Not good.

My lower back, glutes, hamstrings and even my lats are soooooo sore from Rocker yesterday. I could barely pick the bar up to do rows I was that sore.
