    Tuesday 02/06/2010 Was meant to be deadlift day but hammy was an issue, went to test it out anyway Deadlifts 90 x 5 130 x 5 175 x 1 185 x 1 205 x 2 bit of a tweak on the second rep, didnt go for the third. 192.5 x 1 not feeling good, left it there, will repeat next week.     So the UDLs and swings the other night f**ked me, and I pulled my hammy really badly at football yesterday as a result. As much as I tried to warm up, could not get rid of the tight feeling and had to come off after 20 mins when I went for a burst and it twanged. Would normally do deadlift session tomorrow, but am going to leave it. May have to miss this week.
