So the UDLs and swings the other night f**ked me, and I pulled my hammy really badly at football yesterday as a result. As much as I tried to warm up, could not get rid of the tight feeling and had to come off after 20 mins when I went for a burst and it twanged. Would normally do deadlift session tomorrow, but am going to leave it. May have to miss this week.
