    Congratulations Ray, that is some awesome lifting. So now that's all over are you going to give up smoking like you mentioned , now is the time to do it. Reward your body for that fantastic effort, think what you could do without all that poison in your body.

    Friday 15.2.08......weight 58.7kg Thankyou for the compliments, I was pleased with my deadlift workout, but when I trained today I felt really weak. My benchpressing was awful I just had no energy, couldn't have fought my way out of a wet paper bag. I cut my workout short as I was feeling really disheartened and I didn't even want to put this workout in my journal. Will put this down to the fact that I am trying to get leaner and am on limited calories.
