    IHI C7 (TD07 equivalent) I have an IHI C7 turbo for sale. I ran this turbo on my SR20 200sx, it made 450rwhp on 25psi on pump 98 fuel on the PITS dyno and the car backed it up with 133mph trap speeds at Willowbank It has a ~66mm inducer on the compressor and the back wheel measures around the same. Started spooling on my SR20 with big cams and 8.5:1 comp at around 3000rpm and full boost just after 4700rpm. There is minimal shaft movement up and down, no shaft movement "in and out" Has a few tiny chips on the inducer blades as can be seen, which is to be expected for a used turbo. Comes with the adaptor for the rear housing to take a 3" dump pipe, has a T4 flange. Price is 500ono, located on the north side of Brisbane.   3. Cam selection for over 450rwhp

    avoid going solid lifters, stick with the hydrolic and keep the revs under 8000rpm. I used hks 264 in and 272 exhaust with a billet td06 from hypergear. On e85 I made a touch under 500rwhp with more in the setup.

    For sale slightly used HKS heavy duty valve springs, have done less than 5000kms, I just upgraded to different springs as I was chasing more power with more boost and rpms. Were fine for 330rwkw and 8000rpm. Have original receipts of proof of purchase. Selling as I don't have a car anymore and I'm getting rid of my car. $80 bucks ono Located north side of Brisbane.   15. I went with the bosch injectors because everyone that I knew was running them. On occasion you'll here a horror story, but it all depends on how you use the car. If you start the car at least once a week, or even better, drive it once or twice a week you'll have no problems. I have heard other people having problems because they leave the car sitting for ages and that's when the corrosion sets in and you get bad running injectors. EFI hardware sell top feed e85 injectors but they are pretty costly and they aren't 2200cc i believe. Make sure you get the right filters and shit as well. I got my rail and injectors from a place called dirt devil industries on the West side of Brisbane. I also used the stock fuel pressure regulator as I have a huge distrust for aftermarket regulators. But if you plan on doing the same then best of luck, because the fitting is rarer than rocking horse shit.

    Yes it will fit, yes the speedo sensors will swap no problems, no they aren't exactly the same internally. The S14 has a superior sandwich plate that hold in the shafts. Apart from that they are pretty much identical.

    did you install the cam caps the right way around. They are directional as well as have a numbering on the actual cam cap. Also how do the lobes align with the rocker pads?

    Haha yeah your cars bloody quick, 11's I believe (seen the ad on carsales) spewing you broke your box but good to see the horse mask cheered you up a bit :-) Love your car man, if I had 15k I would definately move on from the sil80. Yeah, it's done low 11s, but i've recently updated the turbo and fuel system and it's making more hp so hopefully I'll take it to the track soon to crack that 10. Meh I have two spare boxes at home so I'll just swap out the broken one and go from there lol Probs see you out there on the next C&C

    Hey mate, thanks for the video. I was in the S14 that raced you first up in the vid. I broke my gearbox by the end of the session, but pissed myself laughing at the horse head passenger when I left the track.
  22. That is an IHI C7/ Apexi rx6 turbo. The inducer was around 64mm if memory serves me correct, exducer was a truck load larger than the TD06. S13 red top, no vct. Rebuilt with forged internals, pretty much stock bore. 1mm oversize stainless exhaust valves and hks solid lifters and decent valve springs. Head received very very minimal porting. I'm keen to put another 044 into it and push the boost to 25-26psi to what the old turbo was doing and see if I can crack 500rwhp would be insane on a tiny TD06!

  24. bang on! I couldn't go any more due to the single 044 I had, but with 1psi extra it only made more midrange power after 7500rpm it ran out of puff. Cams are hks step 3 264/272. The car drives 11ty billion times better as well. Starts boosting as early as 2000rpm and by 4000rpm really starts moving. Old turbo are the two power runs underneath the 477rwhp run.
