Squats 1 x 20, 1 x 15 - 40kg Supersetted with Pullovers 2 x 12 - 31.5kg / 31.5kg Incline press 2 x 8 - 60kg / 60kg BB Curls 1 x 8 - 30kg 1 x 8 - 30kg Standing Military press 1 x 8 - 40kg / 1 x 8 40kg / Sitting - 1 x 10 40kg...failed Bents rows 3 x 8 - Did one armed bent over rows using the bench - 30kg / 30kg / 30kg... 8 each arm/side.. Bench Dips 2 x max - 40 / 41

    haha... that's hardcore... ha.. yea unless you cooked the food your not altering them by introducing them to a few G's in the blender i wouldn't think ... some may argue that any juices that are extracted from them and left out of your end drink may have the good bits.. but yea ?? whats next ... intravenous drip of protein and veggie !! ha yum

    also if its army your joining.. a bit of running is gona help to... make sure you practice your beep test also !! also if you can get a bag and start lugging around 20 to 30kg on your back while doing your boxing and or running... not everyday or session but just to get you used to it.. or a weight vest if you have one or can get one...

    also if your going to start kicking/knee'ing.... e.t.c. STRETCH... flexibility is a huge part of Kick Boxing and martial arts.. last thing u want to do is throw your leg in the air and pull something...

    pick it up and lift it above your head a few times.. that will make you stronger in the upper body... ... if you feel like you want to punch it though.. do as above.. its to hard to gather technique from over the internet.. start here... Basics... Also... once you work out your punching... rotate between.. 3 to 5 mins on the bag... then jump on the skip rope for the same amount of time ... alternate until you spew !!
