  1. I use kre-alkyline or whatever it is. its made by vital strength. That shit is actual amazing. however as bad as it sounds the best gains I've had have been since I broke up with my missus and sex time is less often so more testosterone is in my body, I exploded haha but how long you been training?

  3. Goals This Year

    here you go man, these photos were taken about 4 weeks ago so its better now, just don't have the time to photo it. Pretty easy to increase if you train and eat right but you really need to push yourself to high limits. I basically eat till I feel like throwing up then wait till that feeling goes then wait about 2-3 hours then eat again to the feeling. If you want any more info or exercises to do let me know.. my back is much bigger now though that I worked out a better routine. my arms are also a bit bigger now... in a few months, near summer I'll be doing a photo shoot with a friend so I'll hit the photos up on here no doubt. Take unflexed photos in exactly the same position, although those photos may flex your ego, they show little differences because they are different photos in different positions. I have unflexed too man. I'd just rather save them until I'm where I'd like to be so it shows a better difference overall... make sense? aha

    deadlift is now at 120kg at 8 reps or 150kg at 1 rep. bench is now at 85kg bicep curl is now at 40kg squat is at 90-100kg. weight was acctually about 56kg as it was a shit weigh but I'm now 61kg solid. As I'm 58kgs atm, to see your gains is actually really motivational for me. Cheers I'll post up before and after photos of so far. They're a better bit of motivation.

    my dad and I make these kind of cakes at our bakery if ordered. We once made a full size naked woman for a footy team ages ago now. Don't really have any pictures but hes making an Evo cake for me in a few days. aha

Some one is rich , if I see 5 cents on the ground I'll pick it up the way I see it is that it all adds up and maybe one day I'll be 5 cents short if its a 50c I'll keep it loose in my pocket then put it into some tin thing I have, I used to do that with all coins but I got over it after I filled 3 and a bit of the big pringles tins.

    my last defect was done by 1 of 3 engineer cops in SA.... well atleast he said so. Pulled me over for no other reason than to defect me, said it was a RBT but never even breath tested me.. lol
  13. have to use the corner when at the shiney wall for guys to piss on otherwise its a cubical to be used. check pockets. check all doors and bonnet is closed when leaving my car. if I touch one part of my body, the other side gets the same attention. have to sleep facing a wall. can NOT have coins other than $1 or $2 or I'll drop them or leave them anywhere. have to eat atleast 2 pringles at a time to ensure max flavour and always lick the more flavourous side and I also do that with shapes biscuits.
