Venue: Wakefield Park, 10 km south of Goulburn, is a purpose-built closed road track environment which simulates typical driving corners. Price: Retail is $265 per person Forum Special is $250. You need to mention this when booking. THERE IS A BOOKING FORM ON www.trackschool.com.au Track: 2.2km racing circuit. Vehicle: Use your own vehicle or enquire about trying one of our Type R Vtec Honda Integras with full roll cage, race seats, harnesses, coil over suspension, GTR brakes and R compound tyres (extra charge applies). More cars are being built Track amenities: Ample car parking, canteen, coffee shop, carports, lock-up pit lane garaging, tower, timing and corporate area. Price includes: *15 minute sessions *Lunch in raceway cafe/canteen *Experienced race drivers/instructors including John Boston, Ian Dyk, Dean Evans and David Sieders. Interstate people are more than welcome! (You don't have to own a Stagea either, other cars are more than welcome) What: A cruise and gathering to celebrate 15 years of the existance of the Stagea When: Meet up at Top Secret Imports, 36 Forge Street, Blacktown @ 10.00am for a 10.30am departure - Sunday the 2nd of October. Stageas will be leaving TSI first, then Skylines, then any others who may attend. Where: Destination is Wiseman's Ferry for a lunch and to relax amongst the company of other owners and enthusiasts. Route Map: Route map Now, the route we're planning for this day does have some beautiful stretches of road, but as this will be aimed as a family-friendly day (partners and kids are most welcome), we are going to cruise at or around the posted speed limits and keep it safe. As previously mentioned, Top Secret Imports are sponsoring the day, and we are aiming to have a few give-aways and surprises over the duration of the day. Event Title: G1 Drift Round 3 Final Event Author: Lumma Event Date: 12 November 2011 (Single Day Event) G1 Drift Series 2011 Round 3 - Final Mallala Motorsport Park Saturday 12th November (twilight) The Final of the G1 Drift series is not far away! The Championship is going down to the wire heading into the final Round with many in contention to become the 2011 G1 Champion. For those where the Championship is out of reach it is a good chance to push yourself up the G1 table to improve your ranking for the 2012 G1 Series. This season has been one of the closest in G1 history with both Rounds 1 & 2 provided some of the closet finishes. The standard of drift has been impressive with many drifters coming of age in season 2011 with some new faces at the pointy end of the standings. James Mardle was the winner of Round 1 ahead of Dale Campaign and Simon Michelmore. Round 2 was won by Tom Monkhouse ahead of Christian Pickering and Mardle. Mardle still leads the G1 Championship just ahead of Monkhouse. Pickering is sitting in third place ahead of Campaign. Still in striking distance are Jake Jones, Daniel Prior, Jarrod Ridgway, Simon Michelmore, Davey Clarke and Jay Duca. Round 3 of the G1 Series is always a great event as it attracts one of the bigger fields of the season and finishes under the lights of Mallala. Entries are open with many already entered. Nice wide open area perfect for learning how to drift with the no walls or gutters to worry about! We run our days at Queensland Raceway, in ipswich. It starts at 9am and finishes at 3.30pm You drive MY CARS Either R34 gtt skylines, or a Soarer, or a choice of turbo silvias. We feed you and give you drinks through out the day, we also cap the amount of people for the day to maximise your Drive time!! you will also have your own instructor for the day.
