  2. For sale - Incredibly clean Civic Coupe

For Sale : Immaculate Honda Civic Coupe. As far as we can remember in modern civilisation history, human beings have been fascinated by the idea of time-travel. A feat that has evaded us unfortunately, but you have now your chance to get a good feel of what 1996 was like by driving a honda civic couple that feels like you have just driven it out of the Honda dealership! All jokes aside , this car is COMPLETELY stock and COMPLETELY unmolested. Factory alloys, factory body, factory everything apart from the pioneer head unit. This 5 speed manual transmission is in an amazing condition paired with a clutch so forgiving that a 5 year old could drive it with no difficulty. Factory sound system is more than enough to jam to whatever 90's boy band was your favourite. Now, for my favourite part... FULL SERVICE HISTORY! thats right... 20 years worth of paper trail showing every service ... and not even 1 was missed. It also matches the full car history report of owners.. which have been 4 in total. Engine starts better than my g o d dammned audi which is 18 years newer (and the reason why the audi is now gone). Not all is peaches and cream however, with its understandable show of age in its paint but nothing too major apart from a couple of scratches and very minimal paint fade. Don't miss your chance to own a great car in it's full factory greatness, or a completely blank canvas to turn it into a vehicle you will be able to enjoy for another 20 years and pass it down to your great grand children because these cars are indestructable. Alternatively try and find another 2 to start jacking trucks with your mates fast and furious style. 1 years full rego and green slip! That's right A FULL YEAR! Please contact me on 0466250011 for any enquiries and/or to arrange an inspection SMS ONLY. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for taking the time to check my add out and I hope we can find this amazing car a good home.
  3. Justin's Daily R32

Hello Chaps, So, new to Hardtuned but figured I'd make a build thread anyways. I've had my 32 gtst for about a year or so still rocking a 20 at 200k kms It's not fast but its mine. I bought it butt ugly now it looks ok but will be forever changing. 4. 1999 WRX my00

I'm selling my WRX It's a great, honest car with no issues at all. In the 18 months I've owned it it hasn't had a single problem. Low KM's and it drives beautifully, no rattles or shakes. I bought it for the drivetrain which is still in A1 condition. The engine doesn't knock or burn oil, and pulls really strong. The gearbox is even better, tight and crisp with no clunks (rare for these cars). Regularly serviced and only run on 98 fuel. A full timing belt kit was done at 125,000 kms along with gearbox oil and all front end bushes upgraded to Nolathane items. All electrics work perfectly and the aircon is ice cold. The bodywork is great, theres a couple of small nicks here and there from everyday use, and a small area of paint fade on the boot lid. Interior is also great, carpet a little worn under the pedals. Extras include: Head Unit 6" Kicker front Speakers Cat Back Exhaust DBA Slotted/Drilled Front Rotors Whiteline Front Strut Brace/Rear Sway Bar NGK Platinum Spark Plugs. Spare Bendix Ultimate front Brake Pads The proof is in the pudding, it's a good, solid and smooth car to drive. Only selling to get a larger family car. $8500 Please contact me for any more info. 0438 889 140 or 0467 076 887

  7. hey thanks for checking this post out, every comment helps. I've managed to save up $13,000 to spend on a car. I've also got a bit to buy a little run around car if the Silvia needs some work done. I really love the looks of the 180sx and S13. i've visited a few other forums and wanted to know a few things. (Wanting to get one with a less modifications as possible and stock power.) -How comfortable is the ride in either of them? (Wanting to get one to use as a daily.) -Any common problems? the car is getting on in years. -i love the 180sx, but if i was to get one i'm hoping to score a type x. i probably need a bigger budget tho. -Has anyone else here have a 180sx or s13 as their daily? it be nice to hear about it (: -Any friendly tips in general? Thats basically it, I don't care about fuel economy ect if i did, its the wrong car. ahaha. Would it be better to wait for a typex 180 to come along? (i do love the looks of the body kit and seats xD) thanks guys. (:
  8. 2001 Mitsubishi Magna

2001 TJ mitsubishi Magna Solara ,its been in the family since new and only selling due to buying a new car. Very reliable and cheap to run and maintain, Especially for a V6 that comfortably seats 5 adults. A great daily. Good condition mechanically with only 161,000 kms on it. All Scheduled maintenance taken care of. Has new front brake pads and rotors (installed october 2013) and new rear rotors (not yet installed) included with the car. Has had a new battery (April 2014) and a new radiator + thermostat installed in the last few years. All factory recalls have been completed. Body has some surface scratches and minor dents as it spent a bit of time parked in a shopping centre due to work, but nothing excessive for a 12 year old car, no major accidents. Clear coat on the roof is worn out but it's purely cosmetic and no signs of rust etc. Comes with all the Solara goodies including trip computer, power windows, mirrors and antenna, alloy wheels and factory towbar. Has a pioneer head unit with pioneer 6" front and 6x9" rear speakers, aftermarket Cyclops alarm/immobiliser fitted. Cup holders have a square top which holds iced coffee cartons, which is pretty handy. Price is a bit lower than usual for a lower Km Solara as i have taken the faded clearcoat on the roof into account. Would easily be one of the most powerful/reliable cars in its price range. Needs a new driver's seatbelt due to fraying, I will have this done prior to sale or knock $200 off the price to cover this if sold before i get around to it so buyer can get it done. After $3200 $2900 (negotiable) Reg is WPA-994, located Marion SA. Registered until end of june. Please PM for contact details

  10. First-timer Build

Hi guys, i have read through a few builds before so kind of understand the gist of this place. I have owned my s13 for about 6 months now. I was looking for some kind of s-chassis for a while now and finally found on that had been sitting in a guys paddock for years after he daily drove it and seized the engine. It was what i thought was an incredibly stock, ca18de, auto sil that was left for dead and i was its saving grace. After borrowing a car trailer and bringing it home and giving it a wash (removing god knows how long worth of leaves and gross off it), i took some pictures. It is still running stock rims thats how stock it is some of the main damaging being on this panel but that will be worried about down the track the infamous ca18de powerplant that from what i have heard blew a hose and seized. oh and yes they are after market cusco extractors which the old owners cousin who owned it before him sourced from japan for a exxy price and put on. after talking to him i found a rather nice list of mods that had been done to the car. so there it is. my $500 Nissan Silvia. Stock as a rock. The list of existing mods include Cusco extractors, hks lowered springs, kyb shocks, thermo, trans cooler, sr20det front brakes rotors and calipers, ferodo ds2500 pads, r200 vlsd diff and probably a few more little ones. oh may i also add that im a full time uni student living away from home (and from the car) on full centerlink and a part time job at kfc, so this build happens as money comes in. so over the past few months a fair few parts have been aquired such as; new uncracked headlight, full set of HEL braided brake and clutch lines, a working ca18de engine (for now) and manual transmission, sr exeedy clutch and sr flywheel (has been researched and is strong and will work with minor mods), full manual conversion parts, new solid gktech steering bushing, overflow bottle, and a few more little things. my biggest recent buy was rear bar and skirts of a supermade instant gentleman kit that i am in the process of installing. it look pretty sick i think. (excuse the multi colors and missing boot lid. ) these are all just siting at the moment and are ready to be drilled and fitted. this is where i currently am. ive just finished my final uni exams for the year and ive started working 5 day weeks so the money shall start to come and then so will build progress. Keep y'all posted. Hangloose, CG
  11. Hi guys, Just thought I would finally introduce myself and make an account. I have been browsing these forums ever since I got my car 2 years ago, I just haven't really said hi. My first and current car is an S15 Spec S and I use it as my daily driver. I flew over to Melbourne to buy it and got it transported back to WA. I love working on my car and learning along the way, the only thing that stops me doing many modifications is my bank balance as I am a student. I will be making a build thread in the near future for you all to browse and maybe give me a few tips on what to do next. [build Thread Up - http://www.nissansilvia.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=536083 ] Cheers!
