  1. i was wondering if anyone could give me a some information on what size injectors they think would be needed to make 360rwkw on E85 without being at 110%? from what i have read i would be looking at a minimum of 1400cc injectors. does anyone have some suggestions on brands aswell? i have been looking at the ID range they are redone bosch injectors but they are quite pricey any input would be greatly appreciated

  3. Hi peoples havent had much luck with google so reaching out here for some answers hopefully. Putting an S15 motor and box into an S13 shell, have swapped the S15 wiring harness and computer etc over and she cranks over ok and has spark ok but wont fire. Checked injectors and theres 12 volts on one terminal, hooked up a noid light and theres no pulse at all. This setup is running a Haltech Platinum sports 1000 computer, am I right in thinking if its got an aftermarket computer then NATS would have been disabled/bypassed if it had it with the factory computer?? Engine box and computer etc came out of a JDM model, I didnt get to remove it from the original car so doing things a little bit blind, also the guys that pulled it all out of the S15 cut the loom that goes to the back of the instrument cluster, I vaguley recall reading somewhere that the injection system needs a signal from the tacho to tell it the motor is turning over, could the cut wires be causing the problem of no injector pulse?? I was originally thinking of wiring in the old s13 cluster and only using things like fuel gauge and tacho and having aftermarket gauges for the rest as I cant see an easy way to get the S15 cluster to fit but was thinking I might have to solder the old plugs back onto the loom and just get the S15 cluster sitting in there somehow if that is going to cure the lack of injector pulse problem?? Thanks in advance for suggestions and help
  4. Hey Guys, I recently bought an Aus spec S14 Series 1. The previous owner told me it has "Bigger Injectors" but he himself didnt know how big they were. I didnt think too much of it really, until i bought a Haltech PS1000 and tried to tune it. First question that was asked "How big are the injectors?" Nfi. So, my question is: Is there an easy way to identify the injectors without physically pulling them out? The ones in there are currently yellow, which leads me to believe they are 555cc Nismo injectors. I can see the one that feeds the first Cylinder, it has a little half C shoe holding it in place (forgive me im no Mechanic). Is it easy to just undo that clamp shoe thing to see the serial number then google it? Or does the Intake have to come off? Is there a chance there are different commonly used yellow colour injector upgrade? If i can avoid pulling off stuff from the engine to get to it, I'd rather do that due to laziness, but if it has to be done, then I shall. Thanks.
  5. Hi Guys, I have a 1994 180sx with a non vct blacktop. Originially the car had standard 370cc injectors but is currently tuned with 480cc s15 injectors. for my new setup I'm putting in some Nismo 740cc injectors. just wondering what settings I will need to put into my hand controller for my power FC just to get it to the tuner safely with the 740cc injectors? I believe I need the injector correction and latency settings. any help is appreciated.
