  1. Ok here's a post that's not about xans or viagra.... On my S15 I installed a boss kit knowing that it didn't support leaving the clock spring in place (which is what every horn wiring kit seems to use) Regardless it's the one I wanted and will make work eventually with a working horn. My questions are, does anyone know how I can or should re-wire the horn switch? I don't care if I have to run a wire from the ecu to the horn button but I don't know where I should be looking to find the horn signal wire? Anyone still on NS? Any positive feedback without drug sales pitches would be rad.

  5. I've recently deleted the ABS pump and lines in my S15 with a GKtech kit. Is there any problem with unplugging and removing the wheel speed sensors in the knuckles? I can't think of a reason why it would be a issue but I thought I'd ask anyway. Cheers.
  6. Hey guys! This is my first post here but I really needed some clear answers. Have tried googling but everyone seems to have red-tops for this. Anyway, I was about to dump some money into my car (front mount, cams, ecu, injectors etc) but decided to do a compression test first to make sure everything was good. The car has done 95,000kms (both body and original motor). However my compression results have slightly worried me as they seem to be seriously low. Cylinder 1: 122PSI Cylinder 2: 121PSI Cylinder 3: 119PSI Cylinder 4: 119PSI This was done on a hot motor (driven around for around 30 minutes then tested straight away) with the throttle fully open. They are next to perfectly even across the board but am just concerned with how low they are. The car drives perfectly, does not feel sluggish, no hesitation on boost, doesn't burn oil etc. Just has me a bit concerned now is all. What do you guys think?

And finally, bought it in Krasnodar that 2500 km, from me. And it still inspire me! Engine is sr20de, but I already bought sr20det and assembly (it was particularly disassembled, didn't buy from auction, my friend sell it to me), so it will be soon turbo stock(I hope that))). She has(yes, she!) hks hypermax II 5 manual transmission I made some changes since when I bought. Chipping and made preventive corrosive measures from bottom and sides. Now car in painting preparation operations, but I'm at sea. I'm a worldwide Russian seaman, and when I have vacation all time spend with Silvia. PS. Sorry for my English:)) From Russia With Love!

I've just got some Nissan weather shields for my S15 and I just wanted to check on here if anyone knows of a installation guide or has any tips and tricks for the install and what are the pitfalls to look out for? I read somewhere that it's easier to remove the trim on the car first and install the weather shield onto the trim then install the trim back on the car? Any useful advice is appreciated.

  12. Hello friends. I have an s15, stock turbo with all basic bolt ons. Boost controller set at 14psi/1bar. Its been dynod at approx 195rwkw. Would spending approx $1000 on a nistune and tune make any significant differences to response and how nicely it runs? Maybe even more power?

  14. Hi guys I noticed last night that my left headlight was not working. The previous owner had done a HID conversion which was working fine until last night. I checked the fuse box in the engine bay and noticed that the 15A blue fuse for the left-hand headlight had blown. I replaced the fuse with a new 15A one and went to turn on the headlights and had the same issue with only the right side working. The newly installed 15A fuse had also blown. So I'm just wondering if it's more than likely the case that the HID ballast on the left side is causing the fuse to blow? Any input would be great. Fro what I can tell the HID ballasts seem to be wired directly to the battery
  15. Hi guys, I've got a few general questions that have been stressing me out like none other. I have a 2002, ADM 200SX S15. 120,000kms on it. Almost completely stock; dose pipe, exhaust and small boost increase. Problem 1 This one is really stressing me; Any time I put it into any gear, as I initially put it into gear and accelerate; I hear this odd rattling/grinding sound coming from near the front of the car but not as far front as the engine. This sound comes regardless of which gear I put it in and will only last maybe 3 seconds after I have just put it into gear and as soon as I accelerate a little. I have also noticed it lasts a little longer or comes back when I turn left and accelerate? I had the clutch replaced about 6 months ago to an excedy heavy duty, this sound has been coming for about 1-2 months maximum. Problem 2 There is a rattling sound that comes from the engine when I start the car cold. It completely goes away and doesn't come back if I put the car into gear and start moving. It also speeds up if I leave it in neutral and accelerate a little (before putting it in gear). This is been there for at least 6 months now. Any help on these issues would be hugeeeely appreciated, thanks heaps.

  17. MCA Gold Coilovers for S15 - 30,xxxx kms

    Selling my beloved S15 MCA Gold series coiloverscheaper than the MCA Red series. The Golds are all custom hand made and designed for all road setups. Springs are King Springs, 400 lbs (7.1 kg) front and 325 lbs (5.8 kg) rear spring rate, linear springs. Only used for 30,xxx kms, daily for a year and then a weekend only car with the odd hill run. Not required yet but these can either be rebuilt at any motorcycle shop or at the MCA workshop in QLD. Car was defected so had to change back to stock and decided to save for an engine build. Has many adjustments for travel, castor (over 9 degrees each side), front camber, front toe, rebound and dampening. They can get very low but depends if you want to look cool or care about roll centre correction for handling.   20. I believe the part no is b336-5561-100 but not really sure. i need the yellow clipping surrounding that clips in to hold your gearstick boot/cover. See photos attached.   21. Hi friends. I've been away from home for 2 years and my s15 has pretty much been sitting in a garage for that time. It was driven once briefly about 1 year ago. There is very little fuel left in the tank, almost empty. What should I do to get it road ready again? Oil + filter change? Fuel filter? Spark plugs? Any ideas would be appreciated.
  22. I'm thinking about getting wide body kit for my S15 and I got so many question about tires and wheels to match wide body. 1. Does wheels and tires get custom ordered for specific size? 2. If tires get custom ordered than how much more do they charge compare to pre-made? (%) I'm talking about wide tires I'm asking these question cause I want it super wide like +50mm

Was looking at changing my diff after doing the RB box conversion as the RB box with the stock S15 3.69 ratios are a bit tall I understand that any R200 diff that has ABS should bolt in just fine. Was going to try and track down a 4.11 ratio ABS diff out of a R33 skyline. A workshop/wrecker is having a clear out this weekend that is close to me and is selling heaps of parts for only $10 gearboxes diffs panels etc. I noticed that there are 2 kinds of R200 a long nose and a short nose. I am pretty sure that I need a short nose but just wanted to see if anyone could confirm ? Cheers
