Look what I bid on today...

Recommended Posts

Check the pics - just any old 1998 R33 S2 GTS-t right??

I bid to 1 million yen on it and it sold for 1.219 million!!

It is a Skyline 280 Type MR, and is build number 006 of only 7 ever built. It would've been fun trying to get it through compliance, but hey, the headaches would've been worth it!

Courtesy of Rezz from SAU...

Nissan/Prince Kanagawa in association with REINIK (Race and rally Engineering division Incorporated NIssan-Kohi) built up what could be described as a RB25DET version of the 400R engine (RB-X GT2). This engine, designated the RB-X II is fitted with a full REIMAX 2.8litre kit. This added displacement increases torque substantially to 35kg/m (343Nm) @ 4800rpm.

Only 7 of these cars were ever produced.

Were you bidding with a mob called Meisei or something like that? It looks like one of their pictures. They seem to be good to deal with?

Well, it should also be based on the value of the car, not how rare it is. You can mod your car to whatever extent and parts you want, and it will be the ONLY one in the world!
