Don't have an S15 for sale, but I feel it's worth pointing out that it will be very hard to find one with those requirements. Sub-130k + log books + stock + clean is not at all a realistic list of requirements for any Aussie-delivered car that's 12+ years old. For instance, my mother barely even drives her 2003 Corolla 5000km per year, it's super clean, bone stock and even it wouldn't meet your requirements, due to the lack of consistent log books and the odometer ticking a little over 130k. Why? Because it was 4 years old when they bought it, some of the mechanics just cbf writing in the log book, and these days I do the servicing and I cbf writing in the log book.

ADM S15s and stock examples are likely to have been driven more by their owners than modified ones or imports, but the odometer reading isn't the greatest reflection of condition, and you should never forget that the data is stored in an EPROM in the S15 gauge cluster. Use a different cluster for 2 years and you could easily claim it's been sitting in a shed.

My personal suggestion would be to find one with immaculate paint, tidy upper-dash/steering wheel/carpet, no impact damage, stock parts and an engine with no leaks, good compression and that makes power. Those are the parts that are troublesome to deal with or expensive to replace.

Once you find a car that matches that, replace the struts and change all the suspension/rack/subframe bushes for oem. The car will then feel and handle like brand new. To clean up the interior, replace the center console, radio bezel, gear knob, gear boot and glovebox with new parts, as they're way cheaper than you would think. The center console is the piece that tends to get hammered the hardest, and Taark sells new ones for only $165. From there, either replace the seats with some new Recaros or similar, or retrim the original seats yourself using a replacement skin and hog-ring pliers. You would then have a seriously clean car that handles like it just rolled off the production line.

All work done by Sabaddin (S15 specialist) or Chasers. After getting all the suspension work done by Sabaddin it drives like new.

Car hasn't been thrashed by me at all, I literally just drive it to work and back.

great post Pmod. However, I must add, that if you look hard enough, you can find something along what she is looking for. For instance, I spent quite a while looking for my car, but ended up finding a car that was sub 150k, dead stock OEM (even still has the casette player), complete service history, original keys + spare, leather case for handbook + service book. It just takes a bit of hard work to find one. Great post though!

Syk prefer nsw, I've looked interstate at a few cars and was a a waste of time and money lol, price depending on the condition, I've looked at cars for sale at 20k + and they were no better than the ones for 16 -_-"

lol nah, could never part with my car lol. worked too damn hard to find it :P Just do what I did and be a gumtree ninja for a couple of months lol. Just keep checking gumtree every half an hour. idk with the s15's, but it's probably the same, with the s14's, during my ninja-ing, I saw cars go up in the monring, I would call and arrange meeting them (they were in another state), but by the time I finished work, they were already sold (the same day)

:( This happened about three times with clean cars. So you have to be an ultra ninja to get a clean car!

Most of all though, be completely prepared to go interstate (but ask every question under the sun over the phone before you go! Most owners are happy to talk about their cars forever ;) ). It's not even overly expensive, like I got mine in adelaide, it was a $120 flight and $140 of fuel on the way back. Worth it for a good example of a car.

I will travel if I find one and won't rule intestate out but it would be heaps better if I could find one local haha
