Rota grids on 180sx? 17x9+25 all round?

Recommended Posts

recently purchased 17x9+25 rota grids for my 180sx, everything adjustable, wondering if anyone has any photos of the same rims with a 215/45 or 225/45 tyre? and if so how much camber are you running? as im currently still awaiting their delivery and am way too anxious to see what they look like.

Unfortunately dude Rotas and other Copy wheels don't fit on 180sx, luckily there are a hell of a lot of second hand Jap wheels out there that will definitely fit for the same cost or less. Good Luck with selling them

Not sure about some of the comments in this thread...

17x9 +25 will fit fine. I have the same size Enkei's.

But you will need coilovers with an offset hole for the clevis bolt (where the bottom of the strut mounts to the knuckle), and pull them out as far as they will go. Otherwise you might consider re-drilling them.

On a stock body they should sit pretty flush. I have flared guards, so that won't help you. However, I run -2 camber front and -1 camber rear and clearance is slim at the front (~7mm) but fine. The clearance doesn't change when turning lock to lock, even with adjustable tie rod arms and rack end spacers for more lock.

You will find the Rota's on the heavier side of life, but they look nice.

will need to roll the guards.

I have 17x9 +22 and can fit 245/40/17 flush on the front, slightly poking on the rear.

Cheers guys all good info, I think if you want certain wheels to fit that bad, you will make them fit and bare upfront the costs. Just depends on the end result you're looking for as I'm sure you all know.
