200-210kw responsive SR20DET mods

Recommended Posts

My old disco setup was hitting 20psi before the graph started. Made 245 on E85.

and the GTX flows 10% more air 10% faster so its even better.

Again, why would you get a GT?

Anyone tried a kinugawa or mamba turbo with billet wheel? Bush bearing but curious if it makes much difference

Because I can't justify spending 30% more to gain 10%. It's not value for money when I'll probably not even notice the spool difference or power gain on such small turbos.

get a GTX2863

I've been looking at the gtx2867, from what I've gathered it has similar spool time but can put out more than the 63

22PSI @4000 RPM.

god id hope the gtx2863 would come on a lot earlier than that.

there are a few on here who have the 63 and posted results im sure

im waiting to tune mine. its in but Im still running my old T28 tune as lack of a job has pushed me off buying new injectors and tune.

on the actuator only its pretty responsive. I have heard they dont really wake up unless they are over 20PSI

don't be soft, go water/meth or E85 and give it at least 25psi

I got one going on my mate's car and when it's ready I will be pumping minimum 25psi into it.. perhaps 27psi.

Johnny why don't you live in S.A? I need someone like you to pop around and give a hand with doing a street tune on my car so I can at least drive it until I have the money behind me to take it back to the tunner.
