Pretty sure I have an S13 4.1 R200 with an S14 2-bolt rear cover attached, as well as an S14 3.69 R200 with an S13 rear 4-bolt cover. The S13 diff has 5-bolt half-shafts and the S14 has 6-bolt half-shafts, both with a factory viscous LSD center.

To be honest, your best bet to get a 4.1 ratio is to simply take an S13 diff and change the rear cover to 2-bolt, change the drive shafts to 5-bolt if you have 6-bolt on your car (the 5-bolt are stronger, so it's not a bad thing), then change the diff center to a 1-way mechanical or whatever you want (assuming you wanted a center the equivalent to an S15 Helical). You can technically swap ring and pinion gears around, or swap an S15 center into an S13 diff, but for the effort I'd personally just change the drive shafts. Shitloads easier to do imo, having swapped shafts a bunch of times now.

The ends of the drive shafts are not interchangable too (I tried fitting 6-lug ends into 5-lug cups, and they physically don't fit), so you either swap the entire shaft or you try to change the half-shafts in the diff. Again, changing ring/pinion/halfies is not worth the effort imo, when you can just swap drive shafts in an hour or so.
