Looking at my 70cc kit it would be a struggle to get it into a BMX. 50cc kit on the other hand being smaller would prob fit

Yer i been checking out ZBOX. I might do some mods once i get it running.

Tho i am abit sus on the kit, it come with a spark plug in the motor and its got carbon on it, so i stick the torch down the spark plug hole and the piston has carbon on it to......

Tell you what if this motor is f**ked there will be a shit storm coming.

Completely destroys the purpose of a bicycle but hey :)

Still think the cops will rape you if they catch you. Bicycle or no, its still petrol powered and I'm guessing f**king loud as its an air cooled 2 stroke.

Yer i should have gone thru ZBOX but didn't know about them till afterwards.

Also man. with ur clutch lever on the motor.. Where does it sit? does it run parallel with the side of the motor when disengaged and when you pull the clutch in it pulls into the middle of the motor?

I swear mine did before i took the cover off to fit the chain.

Now it just flops about from parallel with the motor and out the side of the bike.

Looks like that worked. how stiff is your clutch?

I have to use a fair bit of force to push the lever in on the engine

Just sorted the clutch out and a carby issue and fitted the fuel tank

Just need to hook up the fuel line and wire the kill switch and its ready to roll apart from some small fine tuning.

I.E. idle/needle in the carby and chain tension

Hey softy could i take it for a spin when done or maybe race? Sounds like this is a full hands on deck kit, something i should get to cure me being bored.

Yea hopefully you dont have to end up selling this as you did with your car mate LoL.

I remember seeing this vid on youtube where a guy put a 125cc victa on his bike doing some nice burnouts, oh and in another vid almost severly burning his hand with a fuel drenched rag.

these dont need rego or insurance. I think the cc limit is like 30cc and 200w limit, but how will the 5-0 know if their no stickers indicating what the engine is :P :P :P unless the have a bike dyno running from the 12v socket :D

You mean how does the chain fit to the rear wheel?

It comes with a sprocket and a fitting kit. Sus out the instructions below

http://www.powercycle.net.au/images/70cc_p...tion_manual.pdf

http://www.zbox.com.au/instructions.htm

Clutch lever, funkytown. And yes you can still get a DUI on a bike and get fined. Cant wait to hear the results once this thing is completed. How many man hours you reakon you've put into putting this thing together so far Softy?
