The VTR250 is a great learners bike, i have one at the moment (off my L's now) but i'll be keeping it till November till i am on my Open licence. I got a cheap muffler off Ebay.. bloody loud with the baffle out but sounds good! I also ditched the stock mirrors and got some Bar end mirrors... Mini street fighter. Oh and the sheepskin cover is gone

I am currently riding a Suzuki GS500F

Haven't held my bike license for a number of years and have to go back through my license again.

Had to do the upright course........ Hahahaha

When I first got my license it was answer a few questions and off you go. How times have changed.

Only a few more months until I can upgrade.

Considering a few bikes at the moments, looking at the

GSXR 600

Nijna 636

Triumph 675

Any opinions or advice is welcome

Sam.

If you're looking at a gsxr600 give the 750 a run. Much better option

Finally got my 05 ZX10R sorted after getting it back after it was stolen for a few days. Getting it ready for a big ride up the east coast of Aus to try and find somewhere new to live.

Spent a heap on it lately getting it to how I want it -

-PowerCommander III (getting tuned on Sat)

-Brembo front master cylinder-Braided brake lines all round

-Braketech 330mm oversize iron rotors

-Toby steering damper

-Akropovich shorty

-Revalved suspension

-Scorpio alarm

-Full custom China fairing kit - amazed at the quality and fit!

-Renthal chain/sprockets with shorter gearing

-Double bubble screen

-Oxford heated grips

-Braking clutch lever

-Custom rear numberplate mount

-Intergrated tail light, smoked indicators, HID conversion, mirror delete

There is a heap of other smaller stuff, but the bike is looking super trick :D Also have a custom rack made up, and a full set of soft luggage for the trip. Bring on MotoGP at The Island, then let the adventure begin! Hoping to head as far north as Mackay, then work out where I would like to live :P

Stephanie :)
