dips: 2 elbow hurt :(

20kg Overhead Squats

 

I thought the squats would be harder, shouldve gone heavier. Traps and shoulder are FKING sore today :thumbsup:

Rows: 3x8x40kg (on the apparatus)

Pullups Wide grip purple band: 10,9,8

 

Tyre flips: 3 round of there and back (roughly 3x25metres)

Power Cleans: 5x3x60kg too light but just getting used to them again.

 

Pullups with purple band: 10,6,6

Done some sessions since but forgot to post.

Pullups/Blue Band: 5,5,5

 

Dips: 2,3,5

 

Need to reset my 1RMs, I have nfi what I can do these days and give me something to work on.

Set 1RMs at

 

Squat: 155kg

 

Bench: 100kg

 

Dead: 200kg

 

So now ive got a baseline I suppose I can train up from there.
