technically this whats called 'kouki', or 'later model' in english, there were actually about 3 different 'type x's' with some starting in 1994-1995 i believe, and THESE didnt have the updated bodykit/tail lights etc, but are still called type x's.

so the differences between a kouki car and a zenki car were mentioned above^ (interior changes: seats are awesome, possibly mats, orange needles in the cluster, any more?)

One that people often forget - the power window switch in Kouki cars is illuminated.

Steering wheel also much better (same as S14A, I believe some came with optional Momo also).

Needles in cluster are red, odometor is also electric.

My power window switch doesnt light up :(

is it possible to install a second AUTO switch for the passenger window in the drivers door? that would be really handy.

i say a 180 is a 180, alot of the differences get changed for aftermarket parts anyways. rather pay fair few $ less and go without the extras. Then again im not a 100% s13 nut as yet so i dont see the value....

The value is there.

Kouki is usually much newer, has an airbag, looks much, much better and on top of that has all the little extras pointed out above.
