A little bit disappointing I missed 180kg deadlift twice. The first one was off the floor a few inches, couldn't get it up, second was worse. I'm training really hard, and eating a lot so I'm gutted, but perhaps I'm training too hard. My form was off as well.

 

My cousin Jon, credit to him, deadlifted 170kg for a PB, weighing 70kg. He skips training, I know he doesn't eat and sleep properly yet is able to come and pull 170kg at 70kg body weight lol. FML.

 

Here is his lift, well done to Jon.
