STANDARD MEMBER

 

Starting a new topic to do with fitness & that's the question im asking the gym junkies. How to beef up the beef ? Apparently some guy on Ripleys believe or not can lift a staggering 40kg c*ck lift. Assumption is like a dead lift.

 

Does any body know the excercises or movement involved ? Can it be a compound or Isolation work out ??
