Awesome model and pics Sidd!

I don't think #3 works though because of the pose? The back/ribs area is what draws my attention straight away (Not that it's a bad thing!) but yeah.

Your lighting has definitely got better and good to see you trying some new stuff.

Composite looks awesome too.

Hey kory..

No composite there.. All natural my friend :)

Thanks for the feedback in three. Yeah the rib area doesn't look that great. Will have to keep a better eye out next time!! Cheers man.

Just got back from photographing a wedding with the ceremony being inside st Mary's cathedral. Its beautiful inside!!

Ceremony then finished at 5pm. By the time the bride and groom got out it was about 5.15. Family shots till about 5.30.

By that stage sun has gone so location shots in the dark.

Time to bust out the strobes. Not every wedding will be perfect with location shots in the sun etc..

Inside the church - Looks awesome uh!!

IMG_4943_resize.jpg

Location shots in hyde park.

Now If you ever walked thru there you would know how dark it can get. I took a few shots of the bridal party and realised the trees uptop aren't lit.

So got out my speedlite as my 2nd light, zoomed it to 70mm (speedlite that is), at 1/2 power to light up the trees.

Straight out of the camera shot:

Here is the before shot. Once again straight out of the camera:

Couldnt be stuffed editing pics now.. Its like 1.30am. Then another wedding gig this arvo.. then off to london on monday to photograph a wedding.

I need more hours in the day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gotta start editing my London wedding gig.. Took so many pics there :(

Can I just say that London DJ's are so much better than here. Their setups are so much more elaborate AND BETTER!!!!!!!

When I come home from a wedding here my ears are ringing from the shitty speakers. Over there the wedding had three different Dj's over the days and all three of them had awesome setups which took more than an hour atleast to setup. They all had atleast 4 people in the crew. Not at any stage did my ears ring or did I go deaf. Quality speakers thats for sure!!

I actually asked one of them how much their whole setup costs and he said he has invested 60,000 pounds!!!! Thats right 60,000 pounds. Anyways I will try and get some pics up from the london gig :)

Rest on the blog as usual..

Some randoms..

From a e-shoot:

Two light setup. Einstein in BD (gelled to match sunset), and 430exii as rim light (not gelled). Hmm time to upgrade to 600exii and use its gel holder feature lol :P

Sidd-Rishi-Photography---001ab_resize.jpg

One light setup. Einstein in BD boomed way up high.

Slow shutter speed to bring in more ambient light. Very quick shot of the couple before reception started.

DS---002_resize.jpg

Up in Newcastle.

Sun as rim light.

AA---001_resize.jpg

Here you go another natural light shot.

Something different from me:

Purchased a macro lens. so just testing it out on my corals:

An amazing belly dancer at last nights event. Cropped head and the other lady off to the right (cant show faces just yet).

But half way thru the act she was balancing a sword on her belly and head.

Two light setup again.
