Canon EF 16-35mm f/2.8 L II USM Lens but $$$$

or

Canon EF 17-40mm f/4.0 L USM Lens

or I get the EF-S lens (but I tried not to buy them as they are not for Full frame, just incase I upgrade to full frame)

Canon EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM Lens or Canon EF-S 15-85mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM Lens or Canon EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 IS USM Lens (this one has the best IQ)

lol so many too choose from

USM = Ultra Sonic Motor

EF = Full Frame

EF-S = For crop body

the only problem with 10-22 is it's a EF-S lens. so if I move to full frame, I can't use that lens.

I believe Nikon doesn't have that problem all their lenses can be used for both full frame and crop body or vice versa. AM I correct?

ah ok, you can use it but it will have crazy vignetting. see below effect

are you planning on getting a full frame soon?? if your getting the full frame, they maybe get a lens around 16mm for wide angle

the full frame nikons have a crop mode for using DX lenses, but this effectivly drops the megapixel from 12mp to 8mp when using it.

^^ wow that looks bad hahah

well I do want to move to full frame but I am waiting for the new canon 5D... the mark III. they said it will be released this year.

I got an OK from the misus LOL.

CROP body is ok for other shot apart from wide angle lanscape.
