Looking at beginning steroids

Recommended Posts

hey guys just wanted to gather some opinions on my situation,

I'm very active and quite fit. Weights 4 times a week and cardo but.... and heres the problem my body type is naturally, well fat. I've struggled for years to put on lean muscle mass.

At the moment I'm 6'1 or 6'2 and weight about 92 kg. For the life of me i can't gain muscle mass or cut down without losing more muscle then fat.

After a bit of research I'm considering a 12 week cycle of test cyp injectables (once a week) and d-bol (daily). I'm committed enough to eat right and do the exercise

but will this provide me with the results i need to break my plateau?

Also can anyone suggest good cycles that have actually worked for them, beginner cycles only though. And any general comments on your experiences.

cheers :)

Why don't you post up what you eat and what you do at the gym first, before finding out about steroids.

Honestly, try the eating clean first for 16 weeks. If you can eat 6 planned meals a day, 7 days a week, for 16 weeks, then you deserve the gear and have my full support. Until then you're just another fat dreamer who's looking for a quick fix and won't find it because it doesn't exist.

At datsun180, no offence but whats the problem? i didn't ask anything about sources

Alright looks like i should elaborate a bit.

4 or 5 day split depending on my work and study commitments.

Been changing my routines up every 10 weeks or so but generally split into chest, back, legs, shoulders & arms days.

I trained with a friend who helped keep the workouts challenging.

Also work as a removalist around uni which burns energy likes crazy, and i found helped me build my strength up.

I've had success cutting before but I dropped all my muscle and i don't want to go there again.

My diet when I've been bulking is high calorie but clean mostly. around 2300-2500. And down to 2000-2100 when I'm cutting. 5 meals a day MINIMUM.

Chicken breast, fish (salmon & tuna) and the occasional red meat (lean cuts). Mixed vege, saland and sometimes rice to balance meals. 40-40-20 protein carbs fat.

In reality I've been training at the gym for years but only in the last couple of years have i taken it very seriously.

Man dont waste your money it's just not worth it. You would realise that a few months after completing your course. As others have written, mix up your routines, get more advice on your training and diet. That is where it is at.

Mate just do it, u don't have to train as hard and don't have to eat as much, see ur doctor for blood tests regulary, study what ur goin to use, apart from bad side affects everyone claims steroids have they still have alot of good points, if u suffer

depression don't use a massive

amount, don't abuse them an cycle properly, each to there own really, but

be prepared for side affects if u abuse/ take to much, heres a true

Scenario a younger guy at my gym looks great does comps etc but now he's on Viagra because of steroid abuse, me personally I love getting a fat just seeing a nice set of tits, so I would never abuse steroids to get big and lose the raging mongrel...

Given your Newby status I considered a quick warning of the limits within this site ( ie the rules ) would be in order to avoid you stepping wrong and being banned. No offense taken or intended.

How about some deads ,squats and concrete?

You say you are very active but eat 2000 calories?

Under eating over training..

How long have you been training and what are your current 1rms drugs arenot band aids.

If you can't gain or keep mass now how will you do it off cycle?

Yes pal you don't have to train as hard to get the gains like natural body builders do and u don't have to eat as much to bulk up as quick, b4 u criticize me understand what I am saying unless u no otherwise from experience, this forum is full of people waiting to jump onto someone assuming they have made mistake. would u do it in real life is another question....

^^^

Reason that appears to be is that the increased test causes greater nitrogen retention in muscles...

Still you stimulate muscles to grow and E A T to get bigger.. 1 without the other is useless. If you have been training for years you should of seen decent progress unless you were under eating and over training..

The training creates a need for protein, under eating denies the body of that needed extra Protein.

So if your not eating properly and training propey your running in circles..

I suggested you reevaluate your training. Why are your running? What's your goal? Why eating so little calories? What's your goal?

And you did make a mistake, you don't take steroids so you can train less or eat less.. You takethem be ause you have reached a stage where it is physically impossible to repair from your training because you are at such an advanced level it just won't Happen without help..

I personally haven't used yet, I'm comparing two of my mates who both compete, friend a who uses said that since he has used he doesnt have to train as hard as what he did when he was not using, he is 7% bf and 103kg at 6 ft2 friend b has been training very very hard he's real dedicated and eats twice if not 3 times as much as friend a and cannot get the results like friend a, friend b uses every supplement under the sun and has a great body, both friends compete but friend b gets bent over cause es natural tho the other competitors aren't, both friends have been training serious for 7 yrs myself 4, I am 97kg with 10% bf friend b is 86kg with 5%bf (not 100% sure as he wasnt measured last week) what I'm saying bluntly is steroids is easier to get results, typing all this on an iPhone sux, I am speaking fromy best friends experience, and I'm sure if they were explaining it no one would disagree

I was under the impression it was the opposite. Reading up i thought people said they started eatting like crazy on the roids like 3000-5000 calories a day or something bonkers.

And you'd have to put in heaps of hard work at the gym, the roids just let you improve faster and make better gains. Plus you'd have to add cardio everyday so you don't

f**k your cardiovascular system from all the extra cholesterol. Seems like more work and more food lol

@ maiky-s15r I've heard of clem, seemed just as illigal and risky as steroids from the press on it at least. An ex-bodybuilder i know swears by duromine for his cutting but he is a weirdo so i don't trust him. I mean seriously he got a xXx tattoo on the back of his neck....

@ datsum 180 Cheers for the heads up, would be heart broken if i got banned ns is the shizzle

@ driftkid Love the squats and deadlifts, always felt people overlooked the power moves because newbs resist working on their legs. Concrete.... ?

I hope this explains more, I agree on ur last part driftkid, I didn't say train or eat less I said as hard or as much, examples above, if I could upload pics I would, to be honest can't be f**ke with these bs debates, do what ever u want and works for u, what's my goal u ask? To be a lean 100kg so I'm still agile and can train bjj and mma without getting puffed out, hope i have made u happy,

Of course steroids work I didn't think that is what this thread was about?

But they Arnt magic bullets... They don't work wonders, they increase a Physiological response. But they don't turn you into a pro. It's 1 part of the story.

You reach your potential first then contemplate other things don't sell yourself short before you have paid your dues.

If your natural and can't Bench 150 deadlift 250 squat 200 after years of training something was going wrong.

I just think Alot of people short change themselves and jump on too early when they havnt reached their potential yet. Natural you need to read your body and k ow it well to get results.. You don't learn that by jumping on gear.. It takes along time to be able to read your body and build discipline.

all I can say is research research research, pct is always needed and if someone says otherwise they are idiots.

If you make the decision to use be informed and know what you are doing.

^^^ and u see them people and all they do is retain water and get puffy, not vasceline no thin skin just chub puff and boobies, plus u won't always keep what the steroids put on. I wonder what long term effects are on the brain I mean mentality anger issues, depression and things along those lines, I'm out this time ur keeping me awake haha

You will never reach this point, but most of the gains at this level are so slow that MOST people do not have the patience, and turn to steroids.

You don't seem like you are ready to take steroids, so don't. Steroids can do horrible things to the body, are you willing to take those risks?

I also say to stay away from tablets.

They do have quick gains but very harsh on the liver

That's what I'm worried about apart from the needles, I was born with a chemical imbalance so if I was to ever use them I'd have to be very careful, I don't use drugs or alcohol anymore as they make me stupid
