blaq-boi 0 Posted February 8, 2011 hey guys, im starting to go to the gym regularly enough to actually care about the how things work when im there... now i dont listen to much music, im stuck in the 90s and mostly listen to old school rnb. and whatevers on the radio these days... what id like to achieve with your help, is the ultimate playlist... just of songs that g you up whilst or before your at the gym!!!! ive been watching a few compilations on youtube, to be exact the strength compilations. and the death/heavy metal music they play on them is awesome (waits for an anal metal lover to tell me its not death or heavy metal)... but you know waht i mean either way i dont know what any of them songs are called or anything same goes for trance n what not!!! so please if you can youtube link or postup names of songs that g YOU up for gym!... seriously ill listen to anything to block out the (omg uleh) and random sick kent talk when im at the gym! I dont think its possible but that music actually gave me an anti-pump.
