Shark 35 Posted June 29, 2011 sennheiser HD-25s for everything atm. Used to have a pair of $30 creative earphones which I just used on my ipod and they were the bomb. Easily matched the sound quality of Sony, Sennheiser and Bose earphones, but didn't last as long. Haven't been able to find em for years though.

Shark 35 Posted June 29, 2011 skull candy headphones ... best headphones and bang for buck ! They look cool, but the Skull Candy headphones I've heard sound so shit. Couldn't even compare them to my $30 creative in-ear phones lol

Big Sim 2 Posted June 29, 2011 Used to have some Sennheisers but lost them. I bought some iFrogz - Plugz a couple of months ago as a temp replacement but I find them quite good for the price.
-fill- 12 Posted June 29, 2011 I just use my hdj1000's Pioneer ones
Bennybear 3 Posted June 29, 2011 Have a set of Sennheiser in-ear monitors; not great for bass heads but really good at reproduction. I'm considering getting a new set of cans, B&W P-5's look interesting. Headphones are a super personal choice but I wouldn't spend any less than $200; it's always funny the first time people listen to music through my headphones - "Oh, you mean this track doesn't actually have thundering bass" is the most common response
Spazo 41 Posted June 29, 2011 I've got some in ear sennheiser cx800. No complaints.. I think the ipod is what's holding the sound quality back, probably why I won't bother getting exxy headphones.
SNWYZ 0 Posted June 30, 2011 skull candy headphones ... best headphones and bang for buck ! They look cool, but the Skull Candy headphones I've heard sound so shit. Couldn't even compare them to my $30 creative in-ear phones lol yer there are quite a few mixed reviews lol ... i bought them for riding when i bought my bmx and the guy that sold them to me said the actual skull candy warranty was if i could break them / distort them / etc ( in normal use not abusive or meant purposeful damage ) that they where that content on the product that my next set of skull candys would be half price ... had them for 6 months and beats going through 4 /5 sets of iphone headphones for my ipod haha

aidannn 2 Posted July 27, 2011 just ordered some brainwavz m2 from mp4nation. cheapest price. cheaper than headphones.com.au. free shipping. it was a toss up between the klipsch image s4, head direct re0 and vsonic r02pro2. after reading what seemed like a million reviews on each i decided to go with the brainwavz as it sounded like it would suit my music more (hip hop). anyone else using them that can comment? OldMansCar 9 Posted July 27, 2011 Are you driving them with an amp? what else did you audition?
TheApothecary 11 Posted July 28, 2011 Nope, just from computer output, even then they're still 100x better in quality, would sound even better with an amp (I'm a pov bastard, so no amp for me).
