Sr20det spark plugs?

Hey guys,

 

I would just like to find out if NGK BKR7EIX-11 would suit my car at all, no ignition upgrades yet.. seen that -8 is the proper ones i need but i cant seem to find any on the net at this stage, im sure they can b purchased for less than $22 each from SuperCheap auto..

 

also would like to know if these r the correct figures for a service

 

Engine oil - 5w40 or 10w40

Gearbox - 75w90

Diff - 75w90

 

please correct me if i am wrong as i dont have a manual only got a jist of wat i need to be running from threds, cheers

What he said. They are the correct plug for the SR. you can go the 7E for a different temp plug if u r running higher boost.

Yep I use em too.

Get em and don't get BC either, BK.!!!

Motor 10*40

Box the one you listed

Diff the one you listed or if it's a 2-way 90*140 I think it is

As others have said, BKR6E-11 is fine, gap it down yourself. I find 0.8 to be fine for 10psi. These plugs will generally break down quicker than the Platinum/Irridium style plugs, (between 6-10k kms versus 20-25k kms) but are alot cheaper and copper is a better conductor than platinum alloys so it's going to perform better too.
