leaking sump

Recommended Posts

i have a strong feelng ive got a leaking sump it started after i cleaned it and only leaks after ive driven it so hoping its just that when i cleaned it i took a layer of whatever was sealing it off and it only leaks after driving because the oil is warm and it gets through small holes, however slightly worried that it could possibly be the uper section of the sump if it is is it possible to remove it without removing the engine? still not sure if im posting in the proper place so help a newbie out guys

If its leaking From the sump, drain oil and take it off. Clean off old gasket glue and reapply.
