Shark, appreciate your opinion but the arguement was over.

Noted. I thought it was quite funny :P

Nothing has changed since I've been gone. A whole lot of people arguing over misinformation, and others claiming to know more while having less experience (the perfect internet warrior).

 

I have been thinking of hitting the 5x5 routine as I remember reading about a long time ago. From what I recall, it was extremely beneficial for squat progress. Saw the title, came into this thread, and the majority of it was still bitching :lol: What's changed?

Hey shark, I posted up a link to a 5x5 worksheet in the first page of this thread that should see most beginner-intermediate lifters well.

If you have a google docs account you should be able to use a converted version online

I also have the "Stronglifts" version for 5x5, and a version of the "Russian Lifting program" which is just the 3 big lifts if anyone is interested Ill chuck the links up.
